Assuming the fuse box is the same as a 98, it should be located in cavity 12. That the same row as the airbags with the yellow covers, cavity 12 is is the far left of this row and it should have a black cover on it. I assume this is to keep it in place in case of an accident as I believe the seat belt pretensions are on this fuse.
For some extra info, items listed on this fuse for my 98 is as follows
radio, underhood light, done lamp, cargo light, glove box light, power mirrors, diagnostic connector, ignition halo (ignition key hole light), visor and SCTM (seatbelt pre tensoner)
