The problem lies in the IOD fuse under the hood of your Jeep. Its a 20 amp fuse located in the fuse box under the hood replace that and it should work fine!
In my 2004 T&C it is a 20 amp fuse (Green) in the black box on the driver side front fender, It is labeled IOD. Normally in the under hood fuse box.
