i think its in the back around the gas tank. it should be attached to the vapor cannister
On my 1997 Grand Caravan 3.0L, its located underneath the steering gear just a little ahead of where the driver sits. Its above a panel and held in by four bolts.
The leak detection pump is next to the steering gear, under the van, below the driver side floor board.

You have to find the leak and repair or replace the leaking part. The normal methods for leak detection are with a ultra voilet dye and a black light, or a electric leak detector ( sniffer )
