It should be located on the driver's side, inside the rear liftgate area with liftgate in up position. It is real close to the driver's side taillight assembly. Ther is a lid you pop up to fill fluid.

If you have an Owners Manual, See page 75. If you don't have a manual, raise the liftgate(in the rear)the filler tube is right there above the left(driver side)taillight. This doesn't totally answer your question , but on a 1997 Ford Taurus wagon you refill the liftgate washer fluid reservoir by opening the liftgate and you will see a rubber plug below the passenger side taillight . So the reservoir for the rear windshield must be behind the interior trim in the cargo area
