It is a random event you'll know him when you see him he takes a lot of bullets and you'll hear sounds you never heard before.
It is basically a breach on the third floor and he will make his way to you and if there are more of you he will go for all of you before he disappears again. After you turn on the power he will come you can tell be sounds which you wouldn't have heard and you will either see him or you will see a red mist. it takes a lot of bullets pack-a-punch weopons and death mechine works go on him of so does insterkill.
