All O2 sensors are threaded into the exhaust system at various points. Bank 1 Sensor 1 would be the first O2 sensor located in the exhaust system after the bank of cylinders that contain the #1 cylinder.
Bank #1 is the passenger side of the engine , and sensor # 2 is in the exhaust after the catalytic converter ( downstream )
Bank 2 is the driver side of the engine on your Ford and sensor 1 is close to the engine in the exhaust before the exhaust enters the catalytic converter ( upstream )
Bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine on a Ford Expedition Sensor 1 is in the exhaust , close to the engine , before the exhaust enters the catalytic converter ( upstream )
bank one is drivers side, sensor 2 is rear O2 sensor(oxygen sensors are screwed into exhaust pipes)
Never heard of this code. Here are some 2000 series codes. P2000 NOx Trap Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) P2001 NOx Trap Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2) P2003 Particulate Trap Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) P2004 Particulate Trap Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2) P2031 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2) P2032 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2) P2033 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 2) P2080 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 Sensor 1) P2081 Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit intermittant (Bank 1 Sensor 1) P2100 Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit/Open P2101 Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Range/Performance P2208 transmission: The speed of Y3/6n2 to Y3/6n3 is excessive
your bank one sensor is the o2 sensor on the exhaust manifold bank one means that it is on the same side of the engine as the #1 cylinder (driver side for the v6 not sure on the v8)
bank 1 is the passenger side of the engine sensor 2 is after the exhaust has passed through the catalytic converter (downstream)
Bank 1 is the bank of cylinders that contain the number 1 cylinder. O2 sensor 1 is the first O2 sensor in the exhaust system between the engine and the catalytic converter.
Bank 2 sensor 1 would be the first sensor located on the passenger side exhaust pipe closest to the engine.
Bank one on your vehicle is on the back side of the vehicle. Sensor 1 is the first sensor coming from the engine in the exhaust, the one before the catalytic convertor.
Bank 1 Sensor 1- driver's side exhaust pipe Bank 1 Sensor 2-right before catalytic converter Bank 1 Sensor 3- right after catalytic converter Bank 1 Sensor 1- passenger side exhaust pipe Bank 1 Sensor 1- driver's side exhaust pipe Bank 1 Sensor 2-right before catalytic converter Bank 1 Sensor 3- right after catalytic converter Bank 2 Sensor 1- passenger side exhaust pipe
