When adopting a monster you are asked to provide an email address. The activation email will be sent to this address, it may be delivered to your spam/junk folder. If you do not get the activation email then you will need to contact the Moshi Monsters Customer Service team using the Contact Us link on the Moshi Monsters website.

When you register on Moshi Monsters you will be sent an email with a link which you need to click before you can use your account.

When you sign up for a Moshi Monsters account you list an email address. Once you are done signing up for membership, Moshi Monsters will send an email to the email address you gave. The activation link will be included in that email. All you have to do is either click on that link or cut and paste it into your browser.
If you do not have the Moshi Monsters activation email then you'll need to contact the Moshi Monsters Customer Service team using the Contact Us link on the Moshi Monsters website, you'll find it at the bottom of the page.
When you registered for moshi monsters, you should have entered either your e-mail or your parent's e-mail. Go to that e-mail account and check for an e-mail from Moshi Monsters. There should be an activation link inside the e-mail. To activate your account, please click the link in that activation e-mail. If the link does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser address bar. If you cannot activate your account then you should send an email to help@moshimonsters.com.
The activation link is sent to the email address you used when registering for a Moshi Monsters membership. If you used a gmail account, then you go to that account to find the email with the activation link.
It takes about 10-15 minutes.
Once you have adopted your monster you will need to activate your account, by clicking the activation link contained within the email that Moshi Monsters sends to the email address you provide. You will then be able to go to the Moshi Monsters site and click sign in.
Go to the email account you used when you signed up for membership at Moshi Monsters. It may be your parent's email account. There should be an email from Moshi Monsters that has the activation link in it. The activation link should be underlined and in a different color and all you need to do is click on that link to activate your membership. The email may not show up right away, you may have to wait a few hours for it.
