Mt Faraway is located towards the top left corner of the world map in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue and Red Rescue Team. To access this dungeon, you must have cleared the Fiery, Lightning and Northwind Fields and have in your possession the Rainbow Wing. After you defeat Suicune in the Northwind Field, Mt Faraway will be unlocked and you may travel there with your team (as long as one Pokemon knows Surf or you have the HM in your items bag).
