By law the DLC (Data Link Connector) has to be located within 18" of the steering column.
Some states test cars for pollution compliance by connecting a reader to the vehicle's OBD-II port. Your 1990 Corolla is exempt from OBD-II testing because you don't have an OBD-II port - they first came out in 2006.
The 2006 Toyota Corolla OBD 2 port is under dash at left, next to kick panel
OBD II port should be under the dash on the drivers side.

1994 Toyota pickups do not have obd II they have obd I. There is a " diagnostic port " under the hood but its not of much use.

A 1995 Bronco does not have an OBD-II port - OBD-II started on 1996 vehicle. 1995 Brocno would have OBD-I. The connector should be under the hood, on the inside wall of the driver's side fender near the firewall.
