Behind and to the right of the distributor.
V6 crank position sensorThe crank position sensor is part of the distributor on a V6 All Fieros equipped with a distributor (1984 - 1986 4-cyl and 1985 to 1988 V6) have the crank sensor inside the distributor. It may also be known as a distributor pickup or HEI pickup.Fieros with DIS (1987 to 1988 4 cylinder) have a crank sensor on the back side (engine side) of the ignition module extending into the engine block. The ignition module is the flat base that the ignition coils are attached to.
The oil pressure sensor on a gas engine is on the back of the block next to the distributor. The oil pressure sensor on a gas engine is on the back of the block next to the distributor.

It is inside the trans, on the valve body on the passenger side
Where is the AC sensor located on a 1992 GMC pickup
on the right side of the block either beside or below the oil filter.
Make sure you are looking for the THE OIL LEVEL SENSOR and not the oil pressure switch. Oil level sensor should still be located on the oil Pan.
The "crank" sensor is the pickup plate under the distributor cap.The "crank" sensor is the pickup plate under the distributor cap.
no such sensor
You have an ignition Control Module that you can check that controls ignition timing Throttle Position Sensor that tells the computer where the throttle is so it can regulate and give the correct air fuel ratio.
There are dozens of sensor that have to do with engine management and ignition all over the engine. There are dozens of sensor that have to do with engine management and ignition all over the engine.
Never heard of an "ignition sensor". Do you mean oxygen sensor, or maybe crank position sensor, or cam position sensor? There is an ignition "module" also... The oxygen sensor is on the exhaust manifold. The crank posiiton sensor is on the backside of the block. The cam position is on each head.
where is egr temp sensor located in 97 nissan pickup l4
It is either screwed into the pressure line on the side of the transmission, or it is inside on the valve body.
scan for codes, most parts stores will do it free possible causes: ignition coil/pickup ignition control module O2 sensor plugs/wires coolant temp sensor fuel related
You might try a crankshaft position sensor first. Its probably cheaper than an ignition module.
There is a fuel temp sensor mounted on a bracket inside the tank and a low fuel sensor on the fuel pickup assy...
The 2.2L Ecotech engine does not have a Camshaft Position Sensor. It has a unique type of ignition system which consist of Ignition Module, Ignition Coil Assembly, and a Crank Sensor.
It is on the side of the engine block. By the way, they very seldom go bad. The purpose of a knock sensor is to pickup engine noises and retard ignition timing so that it will not be so audible.
It does not have a cam sensor. That engine still use's the distributor to note the position of the cam. If it's not firing then you need to check the ignition module and pick-up coil, they are both in the distributor.
If it's not the crank sensor, it's probably the ECM, and that's bad. Try you crank shaft position sensor, if it is bad the engine will not run. It's on the back of the engine just below the vavle cover on the drivers side You can also try the ignition pickup. It's a little back plastic plate that sits on top of the distributor when you take the cap off.
Where is the engine management and ignition sensor on a 1999 plymouth voyager?
The ignition failure sensor in an 01 Stratus RT is located above the condenser. It is near the ignition coil. ?æ
