I've heard it's under the intake manifold of the engine. Pretty big job, if your not a
mechanic. Better left to a professional. Not 100% on this, though.
Yes , according to the Gates website ( they make timing belts etc . ) both the 2.0 liter SOHC and DOHC engines in a 2004 Ford Focus are interference engines
it is part of the egr valve
The EGR valve, on a 2004 Ford F150 5.4 liter engine, is located on the top of the engine near the back. The valve is difficult to identify without prior mechanical knowledge.
I was looking on fordparts.com at the 2004 Ford Ranger with the 3.0 liter V6 engine and it doesn't list an EGR valve for the 3.0 liter like it does for the 4.0 or 2.3 liter
That's a ( 2.0 liter 4 cylinder ) in a 2004 Ford Focus SE automatic
I'm not a mechanic / technician but I believe the ELECTRIC heated PCV valve on a 2004 Ford Explorer , 4.0 liter V6 engine is located : ON THE REAR of the drivers side engine valve cover between the valve cover and the firewall )
According to the 2004 Ford Focus Owner Guide : With engine oil filter change : The 2.3 liter four cylinder engine takes : ( 4.3 liters / 4.54 U.S. quarts of 5W-20 )
For a 2004 Ford Mustang : It was the 40th anniversary of the Ford Mustang , and I believe they called the Over Head Valve , V6 engine a 3.9 liter instead of the usual 3.8 liter
The 2004 Ford Focus has an inline 4 engine.
It would be a ( 2 valve per engine cylinder ) Ford started using the 5.4 liter 3V engine in the 2004 model year of the F-150
