There is no PVC valve.... It is a PCV positive crank vent. It should be located near the firewall in one of the valve covers with a vaccum hose attached. to check pull loose from valve cover and pull off vaccum line , then shake it. If it rattles its ok

The V6 PVC valve in the valve cover of the cylinder bank next to the firewall. It is on the driver's side, near the throttle body. You can follow the rubber hose from the intake manifold down to the PVC valve. The Valve has a tab that locates it when it is screwed in/installed.
