That would be the crankshaft pulley.
In the rear left corner of the valve cover.
Should be at the bottom or rear of radiator or remove the lower radiator hose
It is on the valve cover on a four cylinder. It is inside the distributor on the six cylinder. You have to by a distributor to replace it.
Most PVC valves go in the valve cover of the engine, either in left or right valve cover with vacumn line attached,just pulls out and pushes in for install,usually if pulled out and can shake and rattles its good, if carboned up and does not rattle its bad.

dont remove ignition take your vin # to dealer and they can cut a key for less than 10 bucks if it has no chip in it.
I have a '97 Chrysler Cirrus it happens to sometimes. Try to turn the steering wheel back and forth as you turn the key.
It is not a direct fit.
