A self resetting breaker will reset itself once the short is removed, repaired, If it will not reset the breaker has failed or the short is still present.
The breaker is self resetting.
The circuit breaker is self resetting. you may have a short in the wiring.
The power windows on a 1999 Dodge Durango use a self resetting circuit breaker. There is no fuse in the fuse box for the windows.
Automotive circuit breakers reset themselves after they have cooled down unless they are broken. If it didn't reset itself, replace it with a new one.
On my 2003 I believe it is under the drivers side dash, right near the break padel. It has a plastic cover over it covering the metal cased breaker.
There are additional fuses under left side of dash near steering column
You have a fault in the wiring somewhere or in one of the lights, the system probably has an auto resetting circuit breaker with a high amp limit as a safety measure so that the lights dont go out completely at night. This should be a warranty issue since the van is a 2005.
There are fuses under the hood and on the driver side end of the dash. Not sure what "the breaker" is.
Parts for a 1990 Dodge Caravan will usually be second hand, and can be purchased from a breaker or salvage yard. There are also warehouses who specialize in providing parts for caravans and vehicles.
