When your transmission is slipping, clean the Transmission Control Module before replacing the transmission. It is located on top of the transmission on the left side under the driver's seat. There are two bolts which hold it in. Pull it out, clean off the old grease and put on new di-electric grease, and re-install. You can fill the transmission on the top right side of the transmission. You have to use a wrench to remove the bolt and a hose on a squirt bottle because the space it too small. Put your fingers in the hole so you do not over fill it.
TCM= Transmission control module.

This will not work. The 2002 pcm has three plugs and an external tcm. The 2005 has four plug ins and an internal tcm. The wiring harnesses are completely different.
The TCM (transmission control module) is located in front of the left front tire. Remove the fender liner to access.
