For the 2000 Odyssey, it's underneath and within 6 inches of the fuse box. Standing at the front, and looking towards the back of the van, it's on the left hand side, around 6" closer to you than the low pressure connection (the high pressure connection is the next one back, a little closer to the front windshield. It stands with a wire connector coming off the top of it, and the sensor itself faces down into the metal pipe that's around 3/8" thick.
The low pressure cutoff switch on the air condition system of a 2001 Honda Accord is located towards the front of the engine compartment. The unit is placed on the refrigerant reservoir.

The low oil cut off switch should be on the side of the oil pan. It is built into the oil pressure switch.

if you unscrew the radiator and under it you will see to cords you have to cut it out and it will loosen and relaese the relay switch
You need to increase your pumps pressure cut off switch. You should go to the manufacturer's website to find the correct pressure area's and how this done.
You can buy a blank transponder key (one that has the security chip) on any popular auction site for ~$20 but you will need to have it cut (cheap) and programmed at your Honda dealer (not cheap).
