Where is the melee weapons bobble head in Fallout 3?

Unfortunately, it is deep within Raven Rock, but it is not to hard to find if you follow the path out (as long as you don't miss it because you won't get another chance at it after you escape).

The Small Guns Bobblehead is in the National Guard Armory, National Guard Depot a short walk northeast of Vault-Tec HQ (easternmost edge of the map right on the northern edge of the city limits).

big guns is in the basement of Fort Constantine's CO Quarters. To reach it, kill the protectron, which is usually found there, and then proceed down into the basement. Further down there will be an open safe on the left (literally open, not just one which has been unlocked). The bobblehead can be found standing in the safe along with a 10mm pistol and ammunition along with the Fort Constantine launch codes and some caps. Energy weapons is Found in Raven Rock on the right desk in Colonel Autumn's bedroom. After passing the huge door from section 2B to 2C, the hallway will extend further and end with doors on the left and right. Take the left door to retrieve the bobblehead inside the room. Be sure to grab it before entering the Control Room on the way to see President Eden, as there is no returning for it after that point.

You can find the agility bobblehead at Greener Pastures Disposal Site. It is in the office.

You will find the Melee Weapons Bobblehead in the Virulent Underchambers of the Dunwich Building. Just walk dead west of Tenpenny Tower to near the south westernmost corner of the map.
