There is no plug in the drain, at least there shouldn't be. The drain can't be seen very well but it is under the hood at the lowest point of the HVAC box. You can feel it with your fingers but you can't see it. It is a small nipple pointed straight down.
It is that drain plug looking thing at the bottom left of the radiator.
To drain the oil on a 1991 Chevy S10 Blazer, located the oil pan drain plug. Use a wrench to remove the plug and the oil will flow into the receptacle you have provided.
Replace the drain plug gasket and don't over tighten it.

usually the drain plug is located on the right side of the radiator it could be on the side or under the radiator if you still dont find one you can remove one of the water hose but that wont drain as much as the drain plug also known as cockpit
