The drain is a little black tube that comes out on the engine side of the firewall about half way up and a little to left of center. You can't see it from the top, need to get under the car and look up and you will see it on the firewall. If you have water on your floor, it is likely backing up inside the car because this is plugged. put a wire in there and fish out the debris, you will fix your problem.
The drain plug on the 2003 Chevy Venture is located on the bottom edge of the radiator. It is on the side facing the engine.

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. So to replace it you will have to drain and drop the tank to do the job. Good Luck
