It drains inside the frame rail. To clean you either have to remove the dash, or you can pull carpet back and drill a hole into the back of the drain elbow. Afte the drain is cleared you have to seal the hole with silicone or something similar. ____________________ I had this same issue with a 98 ZJ I owned. There is a hose inside the frame of the firewall. Sometimes that hose will fill with crud, thus backing up the condensation in the line, as you have found out. There is 2 ways to clear the line. 1st high pressure air from the top and the 2nd drill, but be careful when you drill. If you don't know exactly where the hose is, you could create more of a problem. I cleared the line with HP-air.
