It is located beneath the coolant recovery tank, lift the tank up and out of the way & look down slightly towards the firewall. You will see a "big nut" connection in the high pressure line, open this connector & look in the line leading to the dryer tank, remove orifice tube with needle nose pliers. It's easiest to take the high pressure line off at the drier tank before opening the mid point joint. (or lines will have to be bent)

the fuel filter is located on the drivers side near the back wheel on the bottom of the car in a bracket. hope that helps you.
