The suspension control module (otherwise known as a vehicle dynamics module (VDM)) is located in the trunk underneath the dash of the rear window, almost center, slightly off to the driver side. When servicing this, BE SURE TO TURN THE IGNITION AND THE AIR SUSPENSION SERVICE SWITCH TO THE OFF POSITION. Then you will need to remove the upper trucnk compartment trim panel and lower the module tray. Disconnect the wiring harness jfrom the control module, unsnap the control module from ray clips and remove. Reverse procedure to install.
on my wife's 1995 continental it is mounted in front of the engine on a clip that mounts on top of the radiator. any idear where the control module is ? its not in the trunk by the on off switch were i was told it should be??
The suspension compressor relay on the 1995 Lincoln Continental is located under the hood in almost the exact center of the vehicle just under a smaller relay. It is at the front of the car, just look for the fan shroud and the relay will placed in between the two fans closer to the top.
