Bolted to the floor underneath the console near the front of the passenger compartment. You will need to remove the passenger seat, RH side console side panel, pull the carpet back to expose the floor duct and remove that too, the module has a yellow wiring harness leading to it and is held to the floor with 3 - 10 mm bolts. Disconnect the battery before removing!
