it is above the gas peddle. Its blue and it has black foam wrapped around it. It is mounted vertical and pulls down with ease.

it is in the center of the dash, below the radio, behind the black cover at the floor. it is the piece on the very bottom, held in with 3 green bolts. literally JUST removed mine from a 99 f-150
The speed sensor is in the transmission, rear section, held in place by one bolt, will have a wire harness/connecter attached..check your fuse 1st
