The wiring is connected to the "R" button under the dash on the push button transmission grouping to the left of the steering wheel.
It screws into the front of the transmission.
The back-up light switch is located on top of the transaxle case near the left or drivers side front corner.
Pretty sure it's on the driver's side transmission. It's integrated with the neutral safety switch...
Most likely a bad oil pressure switch. Located on the back of the block.

Switch is on the drivers side of transmission, just above the transmission oil pan front corner. It is angled back about 45 degrees and has a 3 wire plug.
Pull the switch and change bulb in rear. 1 for night light and 2nd for fog light indicator.
There is no adjustment for the backup light switch. The switch must be broken or the fuse is blown or the bulbs are blown or the wiring is damaged.
Usually located on the transmission.
