Bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine
Sensor 1 would be close to the engine before the exhaust enter the catalytic converter ( upstream sensor )
Sensor 2 ( downstream sensor ) would be in the exhaust after the exhaust exits the catalytic converter

The 2000 Lincoln Navigator oil filter can be found on the right hand side of the engine, near the oil pan. The oil filter can best be viewed from below the engine.

i just had mine changed it is underneath the truck on the exhaust on the passenger side,you need a special tool to remove the sensor hope that helps(it's a plug looking thing
