Depending on the level return to previous routes where weaker or stronger trainers are or you can cheat a little bit. Place the Aron first in your party along with a very strong Pokemon second that has a move that can hit two Pokemon at once in double battles find a double battle pair and defeat them your Aron should level up very quickly especially if its holding Exp Share or Lucky Egg.
