Well.... since the binoculars are in the cove...... i will tell you where the cove is. There is four ways getting there. (They are pretty simple!) OK.
1. Look on the map until you find the cove on it.
2. Teleport there with your EPS spy phone.
3. Explore Club Penguin until you find it.
4.It's next to the forest. Just take the stairs
