Directly on the Back left side of your blower motor, two Gold screws hold it in place. One easily visible, the other is hard to reach.

The blend door actuator on the '94 Suburban is located just above and to the right of the accelerator pedal. There are 2 - 7mm screws that hold it in place and 1 wire harness connection.
