It depends on the model truck. I have a 1500 quad cab and a 2500 mega cab. Both have different fixes for them. The 1500 can be repaired by taking out the glove box and getting to the blend door that way and removing it and then replacing it after pulling the hamster wheel out. The 2500 has to have the whole dash rolled out to get to the blend door. As a dodge tech doing this for money is fine since I make 6 hours of labor out of it but when it is my personal truck and not under warranty anymore it sucks. I wish Dodge would warranty the blend door since they know they don't last and they came out with a fix for it now. The transmission on my 2500 is another thing they need to replace. The new 08 diesels have a new manufacturer for the transmissions.
The door will fit, but you may have trouble with the window reg, and bolting up the correct mirror.
You can find the 2004 Oldsmobile blend door behind the passenger side kick plate. Remove the kick plate to access the blending door.
