On the firewall behind the battery under the hood.
On a 1995 Ford Econoline E350, the resistor is located to the right of the blower motor in the engine compartment. It is the second plug attached to the blower motor wiring harness. It has two screws and a white connector compared to the black one for the blower motor.
The relay is right behind the battery. The lead got bumped off when removing the battery to get access to the blower motor.
There is no provisions for lubricating the blower fan bearings If it is making noise then the bearings are probably worn out and you have to be replaced the blower motor The blower motor is visable from the engine compartment It is on the firewall probably on the passenger side Remove the battery cable Remove the electrical connectors Remove the four screws holding the motor to the firewall Remove the blower motor It may be stuck fast to the firewall and you will have to pry it loose
Check the connections on the E-series vans blower resister. The resister and wiring have a bypass to send full voltage to the blower motor. a loose connection here will cause the motor to not run on high.
passengerside back of the motor
Right behind the battery.
where is the blower motor resistor located on a ford e250 2001
The blower motor is attached to the housing using 4 screws with a 8mm head. First, remove the wiring clip, then the rubber vent tube, then the four screws. They are at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. You usually have to remove the plastic fan and use it on the new motor. If the battery is on the passenger side, you will need to remove it first. Good Luck.
Drivers side, engine compartment, 50 Amp fuse.
Check to see if you are getting power to the motor - if so bad motor -if not check fuse, switch, or resistor
