IT IS LOCATED UNDER THE DASHBOARD ON THE PASSENGER SIDE ON THE FIREWALL, APPROXIMATELY BEHIND THE GLOVE BOX. IT LOOKS RECTANGULAR WITH A SCREW ON EACH END AND AN ELECTRICAL PLUG WITH SEVERAL WIRES. REMOVE THE PLUG AND SCREWS AND REMOVE FROM FIREWALL TO INSPECT THE RESISTOR COILS ON THE OTHER SIDE. IF THE COILS ARE INTACT, THE PROBLEM IS PROBABLY A FAULTY CONNECTION AT THE ELECTRICAL PLUG.
But if you have a conversion van which has a aftermarket heat and air, its located under the hood passenger side on the front of the air box, where the heater and a/c coil is located.
