Probably need to replace the blower resistor. The blower is probably bad also. You can get the parts at Rock Island Auto on the web
Your resistor is probably bad. Order a new one on line and replace it yourself. The resistor is located right next to the heater blower, which is under the dash, under the glove box.
hi the ac blower motor from Nissan quest 2004 is going to on the back is on the 3rd panel raight side
If you look underneath the glove compartment you can see the resistor. It will have 4 wires running to it. It is held in by two screws. I believe it takes an 8 mm socket. The screw in front is easily visible. There is another in back. Take out the screws and the resistor will slide down and out. However, if you are blowing resistors, you may have a blower motor that is going bad. It won't hurt to replace the resistor but if it goes out again, look into replacing the blower motor. where is the cd changer in a 97 nissan quest
I have the same problem. I have just got it out of the mechanics after they changed the resistor on the blower. I have just been looking in my cars' history paperwork and it's been replaced before. Seems to be a common problem.
most likely the blower motor resistor is dying. You can get it at any auto parts store. I recommend Car Quest. Get the part and then look either on the firewall or under the dash you should see it.
