Use the fan to reach the small door at the upper right of the roof, and use the toolkit to enter. When the Inventor escapes through the upper door, you can use the kepypad to follow him. Use the thermal goggles again and you can see the colors left by his body heat on the buttons. Press 2014, which is the order of the buttons from coolest (2, blue) to warmest (4, red).
