It is the dots, on the north face of the cave.
Read the braille, then don't touch the game for about 2 minutes. This will open the door to Regice.
It's in the sealed chamber which is in route 134.
In the packet that you bought the Ruby with, there should be a braille code. If you cannot find it then go to this page. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braille
Chuck Norris
a braille is the code (you know the dot dots) Edit: Do you mean the room with the ruby on Pokémon LeafGreen/FireRed? I think that's what you probably mean, because otherwise that's a very strange question. The braille written on the wall directly above the ruby says: "everything has meaning existence has meaning being alive has meaning have dreams use power." The braille in the chamber above it is sort of like a braille key, the big plates have the alphabet and the little plates are punctuations.
In second room in Sealed Chamber, make your party pokemon, Wailord first, and last in Relicanth. Then, read the braille.
The Braille reads: "DIVE"
A braille reader does not exist in Pokemon Ruby or any Pokemon game with braille used as a puzzle. Translating the braille for yourself is very simple if you print off a braille alphabet sheet.
There is no chart in the game but you can go to a sites that have video game information. Please see the below related link for a Braille Guide.
You go to Pacifidlog town and surf west. Make sure you stay close to the bottom and eventually you will reach a dive spot surrounded by six rocks. Dive down and follow the path. Dive up in front of the braille, and there you are, in the sealed chamber or "braille cave".
You can find braille in various places in Pokémon Ruby, such as the ancient tomb on route 120. You can easily translate the braille by looking up the braille alphabet.
The braille has no role in mt ember ignore it and just go to the ruby room and get the ruby.
