1. Visit the Sealed Chamber by diving on Rt 134, and complete the braille puzzle in the 2nd room.
2. Go to the Island Cave north of Dewford along Rt 105. Go inside and read the braille message on the wall.
3. From here, it depends on what version of the game you are playing...
3a. For Ruby or Sapphire, you must stand in front of the braille message for 2 mins without touching anything in the game and the door to Regice's Temple will automatically open for you.
3b. For Emerald, you will have to make one counter-clockwise lap all the way around the chamber, staying right up against the walls, to get the door to the temple to open.
4. After that, just head through the door and face Regice, but don't forget to save first!
