I found a link with directions on how to replace the cabin filter on a Lincoln Navigator. It states it should take approximately 15 minutes to do the job. Pages 49-50 of this pdf file give directions along with drawings on replacing the filter for models 1998-2005 of the Lincoln Navigator.
