It depends on your year. The GQ series (MY 2002-2005) doesn't have a cabin air filter.
The VQ series (MY2006-2008) has the filter under/behind the glove box. The box door is easily removed for access to the filter. Complete details can be found at http://www.kiatechinfo.com in the "Shop" section (free registration, it's Kia's official site and they have their shop manual online for owners).
Be advised that Kia misspelled "filter" "filtar" so a search for "cabin air filter" will fail. Just drill down after entering the vehicle info to Heating, ventilation, A/C > Blower > Climate Control air filtar [sic] > Repair Procedures.
Not sure 03 has one.Check with dealer.
The AC Filter is known as a Cabin Air Filter in a 2006 Kia Sedona. You will have to remove the glove box, and take off the housing assembly cover. From ,there your will pull the air filter out and replace new.
