Behind the glove box. Turn on the dash blower. Then push the button next to the cold AC snow flake so that cabin air will recirculate. You will hear a rush of air near the front passenger floor. This is where the cabin air intake is. Turn off the Car AND the blower and look up from the bottom of the air intake you should find the filter location behind the glove box. Do not stick you fingers into the air system with the car on or the blower on. Some Autos have systems with blowers designed to come on automatically to remove condensation/dry out the AC coils. I recommend disconnecting the battery cable before you begin working EVERY TIME!
This keeps your fingers on your hands, your money in your wallet and you get to stay out of the Hospital. Also no jewelery and loose clothing. Safety is a plan not an accident!
