It is located under the Upper Timing Belt Cover on the passenger side of the of the engine. You will see a wire running through the upper cover, this leads to the Camshaft Position Sensor. Another wire runs through the lower cover and this leads to the Crankshaft Position Sensor. Just remove the upper cover and with a flashlight you will see it bolted (2 bolts) next to the Camshaft Pulley.
