Where is the cam shaft sensor on a 1996 Grand Am?

Sensor is to the side of the oil filter in the front of the car. From underneath the front of the car, you can see/ feel the sensor next to the filter. This is from memory, but I want to say that I removed the filter to offer me more room to change the sensor.
