I wish I knew. It was replaced by the Ford Freestar and Mercury Monterey Minivan, but as far as I'm concerned, the Windstar was a better minivan comparing it's 2 replacements.
I was looking at the 2004 Ford Freestar Owner Guide and it shows that the SINGLE switch for the power vent windows is located on the dash ( but not where on the dash , not much help ! ) The switch has " VENT " on it
