I jsut removed mine. Its located in the Drivers side kick panel. its directly under the fuse box. There are two Phillips head screws. One under the carpet, and one under the scuff guard. Then there are three 8mm bolts that hold it in.

a 1992 Dakota does not have a Central Timer Module.
A 2005 doesn't have a central timer module. The wipers are controlled by the cluster and the front control module. 1994-2002 did have a centrel timer that did control wipers.
