Where is the cigarette lighter fuse located in the 1996 Buick Regal?

The cigarette lighter fuse is in the fuse box. Open the front passenger door to find the fuse box which is then in the dash. Pop the fuse box cover from the back and you'll find the fuses. The cigar lighter fuse as they call it is fuse #1, which would be at 9 o'clock if you are facing the fuse box. The back of the fuse box cover has a map of all the fuses. Good luck!
