Probably on top of the slave cylinder
The clutch is not adjustable.
No.
there isnt one after 1996
Its on all 4 wheels on the brake caliper.
there is a bleeder valve on the right side of the tranny that is where you can bleed your system
if you can get the car on a lift there will be a bleeder screw on the side of tranny..take out the screw if fluid comes out then u dont need any fluid but..... if nothing comes out leave the screw off and put fluid till it comes out from the bleeder and ur full.
Front disc brake caliper bleeder screw: between 13-18 ft. lbs
To bleed the clutch on a 2000 Mazda B2500, start by locating the slave cylinder, which is typically mounted on the transmission. Attach a clear plastic hose to the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder and place the other end in a container. Open the bleeder valve and have an assistant press the clutch pedal several times before holding it down. Close the valve, then release the pedal. Repeat this process until the fluid runs clear and free of bubbles.

Without access to a flat rate guide at this moment probably 4-6 hours is an educated guess.
Start at the longest and work towards the shortest line (RR-LR-RF-LF) Attach a flexible hose to the bleeder screw at the top of the brake caliper Place the other end into a container filled with clean brake fluid Have an assistant hold brake pedal approx. 2/3 from the top Open bleeder screw observe the container with brake fluid (watch for air bubbles) Close bleeder screw Repeat until no air bubbles are observed Go to next wheel and repeat
the best way to "bleed" any clutch is to get a can with a pump and a hose that will fit over the bleed screw. Loosen the bleed screw put the hose over it and pump fluid back up to the master cylinder this will force any air out.
