its under the dash on passenger side just above the side kick panel just pull the 2 plastic push pins out pull the cover down and out remover the side kick panel,u will need a 8mm socket with a 2 inch extention on the ratchet to get the 2 bolts that hold it in place then pull the bracket out of the way go under hood and get the 2 big wires unhooked from the bracket so u have enough length to get a 10mm socket on the 3 bolts that unscrew the wires from the pcm and thats it took me 5 mins in all dealer wanted 600 to do that job ,when u get a new pcm it needs to be flashed so put ur old one in just enough to get it to the garage so u can have them change it easy and flash it as it needs to be programed to that vin number and the vehicle anti theft system also the pcm code is on top the pcm dealergave me repeatedly wrong numbers , the issue with this car was missfire due to number 7 cylinder pcm driver wasnt firing injector
