I do not think so. I presume your light will not go out. The only airbag sensor is located in the airbag module (controller). Every other airbag connection is monitored for sort or open circuits My theory is the tester sat in the drivers seat during the test and twisted round in such a way to make the seat sensor or its wiring fail. You could check for an loose connector under the drivers seat. However to extinguish the light the faults will have to be cleared by an airbag scan tool.
