There isn't one. You have to remove the pan to drain
The coolant drain plug is located on the bottom left side of the radiator when looking from front of car. To access it you must remove the passenger side fog light and push the rubber cover out of the way. It only takes a 1/4 turn and the fluid drains out of the hole in bottom of front spoiler. If it has none, then the bottom radiator hose will have to be removed to drain the coolant.
To drain the radiator of a 1993 Chrysler New Yorker, you have to open the petcock on the radiator completely and drain the coolant into a container.
Engine, bottom rear of oil pan. Transmission, does not have one.
The engine coolant drain plug in the 1996 Ford Probe 4-cylinder is located at the bottom end of the radiator. There is a coolant reservoir at the top of the engine as well.
It is on the bottom passenger side, points to the rear. It is almost impossible to access.

The radiator drain plug on a Chrysler Sebring is located on the bottom, left side of the radiator. It allows for coolant to be quickly drain from the system.
It would be recommended otherwise you will end up with some coolant in the crankcase which you don't want.
