The 2006 Honda Civic coolant temperature sensor is located on the front of the engine. The coolant temperature sensor will be in the vicinity of the thermostat housing.
The coolant sensor is also the temperature sensor, it can be found on the head under the distributor for 1.5 liter Civic motors prior to 1992.

Follow the lower radiator hose from the radiator to the back of the engine. Where it connects to the engine, you will see wires plugged in to the sensor
it should be by your thermostat housing
There is a sensor right where the upper radiator hose goes into the engine.
Below the distributor on the head nearer the firewall than the radiator.
The temperature gage on a 95 Civic can be located on the dash board, assuming this temperature gage is for the heat of the engine. It is usually located near the mileage.
which are you referring to? The AIT (Air intake Temp) Sensor is located on the intake hose (the factory rubber air intake arm) it is a 2 wire sensor The Coolant Temp sensor is a One Wire on the side of the head under the distributor.
