I have a 1999 Dodge Avenger es and my crank sensor was under the battery housing. Remove the battery and the housing and look underneath if it is like mine it sits on top of the transmission housing. Its attached with one bolt. Easy fix. My sensor cost me 60 dollars. Good luck.....
